How do I order?

Register to create an account, or Login if you have already done so. Click on the cart icon after choosing an item. Go to the bottom of the page to view cart. Choose pick up or delivery options. Go to payment section and enter information. You will receive a confirmation message with the items you have ordered listed. Print this page for your records. How do I use my gift certificate? Contact us to receive your ordering code number. When you get to the payment section, enter the code number in the designated box.

What areas do you deliver to?

Currently we deliver to Paso Robles, Templeton, Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Morro Bay, Los Osos, Cayucos and Cambria.

What if I'm not home when you deliver?

You will need to arrange access for me to place your meals in your fridge.

When do you deliver?

Tues. afternoon - Weekly Menu to North County Wed. morning-Weekly Menu and Summer Concert in the Park Picnic Menu to Nature's Touch, 7th Street, Templeton Wed. afternoon-Weekly Menu to SLO and Coast Cities Fri. afternoon/evening-Every Friday menu to North County, SLO and Coast Cities.

What are Spa, Regular and Family Style portions?

Spa is 4 oz. portion of protein + side dish for small appetities and those dieting Regular is 6-8 oz. portion of protein + side dish, a standard restaurant portion Family Style serves 4 people (regular portions) and is not packaged in individual meals.

How much of the meals are Organic?

90-100 percent of the produce used is CA Certified Organic, which is much more strict than USDA Cerified Organic. This food is LOCAL, fresh, top quality. Our whole grains are Organic. We use no hormone, no antibiotic chicken and fish, as well as wild fish.

What if I want a 100 percent organic meal?

We offer Personal Chef services that can accomodate your desires. Contact us for pricing.

How do I heat my meals?

Meals are packaged in microwave safe containers. Single servings can be heated in about 2 minutes. You can also plate them to heat, or put in an oven safe dish, cover and heat in 350 oven for about 10 min.

Can I freeze the meals?

Most things freeze well. A few vegetables, like asparagus don't freeze well.
