Our service saves you hours of planning, shopping and cooking , and supports your healthy lifestyle by bringing to your table a Whole Foods, seasonal menu. We utilize fresh, local and organic produce and whole grains, lean meats, poultry, and fresh fish.
Our meals are flavorful, nutritionally balanced and carefully prepared with your health and enjoyment in mind. Menu Offerings: All our menus are planned in the healthy Mediterranean style. This means lots of fresh vegetables, fruit, fish, poultry, limited lean red meat, low fat dairy, dark chocolate, small portions of whole grains and healthy omega 3 rich fats.
Regular menu offers breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner items available in different portions; Spa (4 oz. protein size) Regular (6-8 oz. protein size) Family Style (four regular (8oz. protein size) servings. Meal Packages are derived from our weekly regular menu. Portions and side dishes are adjusted provide 400 balanced calories per meal. “Flat Belly Diet™” Four Day Anti Bloat Jump Start Package A 1200 calorie per day plan designed by registered dietician, Cynthia Sass to eliminate belly bloat and calm the digestive tract before starting a 1600 calorie meal plan for health and weight loss. This includes, breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and 2 liters per day herb/fruit/vegetable infused water, along with instructions on what items to avoid during the 4 day period. 4 Day Anti Bloat Jump Start Dinners Only The plan for this 4 days is easy to prep. For those who prefer to shop for and prep the simple stuff themselves, but would like dinners prepared for the 4 days. We’ll give you the shopping list, plan, and cook your dinners for the 4 days. 3 and 4 Day 1600 calorie - per day Meal Plans Designed for women, this plan includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack to be eaten at four hour intervals to maintain even blood sugar levels. You need not be home for delivery, just provide access to your fridge. You’ll need fridge space available at work, or provide an ice chest with gel packs. Delivery Charges:* · Regular menu - North County $5 per delivery, South County $10 per delivery ($50 minimum order per delivery) · Meal Plans- Delivery included in price up to 25 miles from our Atascadero kitchen. Now cooking from a commercial kitchen and offering delivery, Seasonal Custom Cuisine has become a meal delivery service.
